What happens if I use more hours than I originally contracted?

If you exceed the number of hours included in your monthly plan, we will bill the extra hours at the same hourly rate. If this becomes a recurring need, we’ll recommend upgrading to a higher plan with more hours, which also offers the benefit of a lower hourly rate.

How often will I be billed?

Since this is a subscription, the agreed amount for your plan will be automatically charged to your card on a monthly basis, based on the number of hours initially contracted. If you exceed the contracted hours, we will send you a separate invoice for the additional hours at the beginning of the following month.

What happens if I go on holiday?

If you’re planning to take time off, just let us know the dates in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request while ensuring continuity of service. To keep things running smoothly, we ask that you: Share all the necessary information with your assistant to help them continue their tasks independently. Provide clear instructions on what to do if any assistance is needed. Assign a backup contact person in case something urgent comes up. Please note that holidays don’t pause or delay your monthly payments—your subscription and obligations remain active during your time away.

What happens if my assistant goes on holiday?

Our assistants are entitled to take holidays in accordance with applicable labor laws. They’re required to notify us at least one month in advance so we can ensure their responsibilities are properly managed during their time off. We’ll work with you ahead of time to either adjust workloads or provide temporary coverage if needed, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.

Are assistants available on weekends or outside business hours?

Availability can be arranged directly with your assistant. If you have specific needs for evening or weekend support, we recommend discussing and agreeing on this schedule with your VA to ensure mutual alignment and availability.

How do you ensure the quality of your assistants?

All of our virtual assistants go through an intensive pre-training program designed to equip them with the skills and tools they need to support clients effectively. We also assess their performance through practical tests to ensure they meet our quality standards—so you can feel confident you're getting reliable, high-quality support from day one.

Who are your virtual assistants and where are they based?

Our virtual assistants are talented young professionals based in Colombia. They are fluent in English and often come from strong academic or professional backgrounds. We specifically look for individuals who are tech-savvy, proactive, and eager to grow—so you get dedicated support that’s both reliable and resourceful.

Can I change my assistant if it's not a good fit?

Absolutely. If you’re not fully satisfied with your assistant, we’ll present you with alternative candidates at no additional cost. Our goal is to make sure you’re matched with someone who fits your needs and working style.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. If you want to increase hours with the same VA, we’ll need to check their availability since our assistants work with multiple clients. Alternatively, you can add another VA to accommodate the additional hours. If you’d like to decrease hours, just let us know, and we’ll adjust it for the next billing cycle.

How do you handle confidentiality?

All of our virtual assistants sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to ensure the confidentiality of your information. In addition, they receive ongoing training on online security best practices to protect your data and maintain privacy throughout their work.
