All materials, content and intellectual property related to our website and services — including software, images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, copyrights and patents — are the exclusive property of Bee Aides OÜ.

Except as explicitly permitted under these Terms, you may not sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from any content.

User conduct and prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for fraudulent, deceptive or illegal purposes.
• Engage in spamming, hacking or unauthorized access to data.
• Infringe on any intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with Bee Aides OÜ.

Termination and account cancellation

You may discontinue using our services and request account cancellation at any time. If you have a paid subscription, it will not renew beyond the period already paid for.

Refund and cancellation policy

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

Dispute resolution and arbitration

In the event of any dispute arising out of these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Estonian Arbitration Court. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using our services.
