Our story
Delegation done with people, not platforms
Bee Aides started with a simple frustration: founders were drowning in operations while brilliant talent across Latin America struggled to reach the right opportunities.
So we built a hive instead of a marketplace. We interview for English, communication and ownership, then train candidates on the operations our clients actually run: inbox and calendar, CRM hygiene, funnels, webinars, reporting and customer follow-up.
